Last week, Right on Crime senior policy analyst Derek Cohen joined “The Bill Meyer Show” on Oregon’s AM-1440 KMED, to discuss the Right on Crime campaign, in particular the circumstances in Texas that lead to the first rounds of systemic reforms in 2007, as well as more recent efforts–like codifying the rule of lenity and decriminalizing truancy–made during the recent legislative session.
