Molly Lenty is the Idaho Director for Right On Crime. With more than two-and-a-half decades as a Vice President of Government and Community Relations serving a five-state region, Lenty has extensive experience in leading change through community initiatives, organizational transformation, philanthropy, across-sector collaboration, volunteerism, civic leadership, and overseeing service and giving programs.

Publicly elected twice as a Trustee for the College of Western Idaho, Lenty serves as the Chair of the Board to oversee the largest education institution in Idaho and one of the fastest growing community colleges in the country. She is an expert in board governance, workforce solutions, and thrives in data-driven environments. As an entrepreneur, Lenty co-owns a software company focused on supply chain resilience and reshoring U.S. manufacturing.

Lenty also currently serves on the Executive Board and as the Southwest Region Chair for Idaho Business for Education, Advisory Board for FACES of Hope Victim Center, on the President’s Advisory Board for the College of Idaho, and she is past Chair of the Leadership Boise Alumni Association.

Lenty also served five terms as Chairperson of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce Education & Workforce Committee, Co-Chaired the Idaho State Board of Education’s “Educate Idaho Network”, Chaired the Annual Red Cross Hometown Heroes Event, served on Boards for the United Way of Treasure Valley, Boys & Girls Club of Nampa, Nampa Chamber of Commerce Education Council, Treasure Valley Education Partnership, and the College of Western Idaho Foundation.

Molly also founded Community for Nampa Schools, supported the creation of the Idaho Youth Challenge Academy, has volunteered extensively on educational and financial resources committees, managed federal grants, chaired high profile leadership search committees, and has led successful levy and bond campaigns. Lenty was recognized by the Women’s & Children’s Alliance as a TWIN recipient and by the Idaho Business Review as both an “Accomplished under 40” and multiple times as an “Idaho Women of the Year” recipient.

In 2016 Lenty was recognized by the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce as their “Distinguished Alumni Leader” in community leadership, and in 2019 she received the 2019 “Circle of Excellence” recognition with the Idaho Business Review’s Women of the Year Awards.
