Right On Crime hosted its first #SecondChance Employer Forum in Mississippi in November 2021. For the first time, this group of more than 80 came together under one roof for the common goal of sharing their reentry resources available for recently incarcerated citizens. Employers, legislators, government agencies, and non-profits talked about how to work together to reduce recidivism in Mississippi.
