AUSTIN, TX — Nikki Pressley, Texas State Director and Chief of Staff for Right On Crime, issued the following statement after Texas voters approved Proposition 3, a constitutional amendment granting judges the discretion to deny bail to the most dangerous offenders:
“This is a major victory for law-abiding Texans.
