  • The state modified the process for juvenile court record expungement.
  • Passed the Sarah Stitt Act to ensure individuals have proper identification and work documents prior to release from prison.
  • Oklahoma also modernized and modified the state’s practices of suspending drivers’ licenses to remove crimes that don’t directly relate to driving offenses.
