Stahl is a native of Utah and touts an extensive policy background in federal and state relations on matters impacting major corporations, non-profits, and individuals.  She spent nearly a decade in Washington, D.C., working on the Senate Judiciary Committee and was a policy advisor for Brownstein Hyatt Farber and Schreck. Stahl currently consults with the Tolman Group, a law firm focusing on state and federal criminal and regulatory actions

Employers, community leaders, and policy advocates provided personal and emotional insights to reentry obstacles, economic benefits of hiring the formerly incarcerated, and improvements to public safety.
